My sons have been complaining that we never have people over to play (so not true). I wanted to nip this in the bud. So, I invited both of their preschool classes and their moms over to my house today. The Pre-K boys came over in the morning and the 3's class came over for the afternoon.I worked hard this week to get ready for our guests. I cleaned like crazy. I mowed the back yard. I even week whacked.
My sons had a great time and so did their friends.
My favorite part of the day was the site I just saw. Two little boys who have outgrown their naps, asleep in front of the TV.

Aww - I bet YOU were the on who needed the nap after all that activity! I know I'd need a nap after mowing, weed-whacking, etc. - and a drink, too!

How sweet! Isn't it amazing the things we do for our kids to have a little fun? Good for you for arranging everything for them. That's what memories are made of!
